NEW LIFE FOR WOMEN- Program Director
Full-Time, Live-In Position

POSITION SUMMARY: Program Director is responsible for the culture and daily functions around the New Life for Women campus. They'll oversee staff & residents and work to create a balanced and healthy environment for faith-based recovery and discipleship.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Must live faithfully as a healthy Christian role model for both staff & students
  • Must understand & teach Christian doctrine.
  • Teaches classes, devotionals, bible studies, etc. according to the schedule.
  • Works with staff & residents to build & maintain a healthy culture around the campus.
  • Reinforces CDC policies & standards- to submit to the guidance of CDC Executive Director
  • Adheres to the set budget.
  • Ensures care & stewardship of the Farm campus which includes staff & dorms, living areas, grounds, animals, out-buildings, and anything else on the property.
  • Provides faith-based Christian counseling to residents.
  • Develop & maintain healthy relationships with local partners & churches in the community.
  • Implement  programming and activities for the daily schedule in collaboration with the CDC Executive Director.
  • Attend staff meetings over the phone via zoom.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Basic computer skills for emailing, zoom calls, scheduling appointments.
  • Experience in recovery, residential programs, social services, or related fields preferred.
  • Lived experience in recovery is a plus (if applicable and aligned with program values).
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and observation skills.
  • Ability to remain calm, compassionate, and professional in high-stress situations.
  • Must pass background check and any required screenings.
  • CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
  • Valid Drivers License or ability to obtain.
  • A mature & Spirit-filled Christian- in line with 1 Timothy 3:1-7 & Titus 1:7-9.
  • A minimum experience of two-years in committed Christian walk with proven discipleship 
  • An ability to promote & maintain the highest level of confidentiality for staff & students
  • An ability to implement Christian, faith-based discipleship protocols as well as CDC policies & procedures.
  • Willing to relocate & live on campus

  • Team-oriented 
  • Understanding of trauma-informed care and recovery principles
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends

NEW LIFE FOR WOMEN- Residential Aide

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Residential Aide supports the daily operations of our Women’s Program by helping maintain a safe, structured, and supportive residential environment. This role works closely with the Director(s) to assist residents in their recovery journey through supervision, encouragement, and adherence to program guidelines.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Support residents with daily routines, house responsibilities, and scheduled activities
  • Help maintain a safe, respectful, and recovery-focused environment
  • Monitor resident compliance with program rules and report concerns to senior staff
  • Provide emotional support, encouragement, and appropriate redirection when needed
  • Assist with documentation, shift reports, and incident reports
  • Support group activities, meetings, and life-skills programming as assigned
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of common areas
  • Respond appropriately to crises following program protocols
  • Uphold confidentiality and professional boundaries at all times
