POSITION SUMMARY:
The Residential Aide supports the daily operations of our Women’s Program by helping maintain a safe, structured, and supportive residential environment. This role works closely with the Director(s) to assist residents in their recovery journey through supervision, encouragement, and adherence to program guidelines.

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Residential Aide supports the daily operations of our Women’s Program by helping maintain a safe, structured, and supportive residential environment. This role works closely with the Director(s) to assist residents in their recovery journey through supervision, encouragement, and adherence to program guidelines.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support residents with daily routines, house responsibilities, and scheduled activities
- Help maintain a safe, respectful, and recovery-focused environment
- Monitor resident compliance with program rules and report concerns to senior staff
- Provide emotional support, encouragement, and appropriate redirection when needed
- Assist with documentation, shift reports, and incident reports
- Support group activities, meetings, and life-skills programming as assigned
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of common areas
- Respond appropriately to crises following program protocols
- Uphold confidentiality and professional boundaries at all times
- High school diploma or GED required
- Basic computer skills for emailing, zoom calls, scheduling appointments
- Experience in recovery, residential programs, social services, or related fields preferred
- Lived experience in recovery is a plus (if applicable and aligned with program values)
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and observation skills
- Ability to remain calm, compassionate, and professional in high-stress situations
- Must pass background check and any required screenings
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)

- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
