CURRENT PROJECTS:

Axis Home for Boys

The Chicago Dream Center is currently undertaking a complete rehab of our property at 1638 N Calfornia in Humboldt Park.  This foreclosed property will one day become a home and a safe place for young men to grow and become self-sufficient.  We estimate the total project will cost about $300,000 to complete, so we need your support!  We are looking for sponsors to help underwrite the costs, licensed contractors who are willing to donate their labor, anything you believe will help advance us toward accomplishing our goal.  Please contact our main office if you are interested in partnering with us on this project. 

Casa de Esperanza (Hope House)

Last October, the Chicago Dream Center completed this project in Humboldt Park, Illinois.  Thanks to the generous support of Mitchell Swaback Charities and Harvest Bible Chapel, we were able to completely renovate a two story structure now known as “Casa de Esperanza” (Hope House). In this house, we currently operate a program for single mothers and their children.  For one year, they live at Casa de Esperanza, while they obtain the necessary support services and resources to successfully transition into permanent affordable housing.
